The Battles of Moscow were a series of two Battles, which took place in the Moscowite Hetmanate, on the 1-3 September of 1612, during the Polish–Moscowite War (1605–18). Forces of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth were commanded by the high Field Hetman of the Granduchy of Lithuania, Jan Karol Chodkiewicz, during the Monarchist of Zygmunt Waza while Russian Brigands were led by Dmitry Pozharsky.
