Hello there, KoGaMians!

This week, we’ve released a new update that’s been in the works for quite some time - Improved Graphics!

So, what does this update include?

• You can now change the Graphics Settings in the Settings menu! Play around with the different settings until they work for you!

NOTE: These settings will be saved to your user separately depending on the platform you’re using, so if you change the settings in standalone, it won’t carry over to web or mobile versions.

• One of these settings is a brand-new High Resolution Texture option! The former HD option is now labeled as the Medium alternative in the Texture Quality setting

• The shading has been improved to now also consider slopes and shapes that aren’t just simple Blocks! This should lead to more realistic and better-looking shadows

• Glowing Materials are back! Now, the Red Grid, Green Grid, Lava and Circuit Blocks are all shiny and bright again!

• The Texture Animations have been reworked - The Poison and Kill Blocks have a new design, and the Lava Block looks so hot to the touch that it’s almost vibrating a bit!

• When you set the Lighting setting to Medium or higher, you can now see water reflections again! You can also see shadows from farther away

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The new Graphics Settings means that you can no longer toggle the HD mode with the H key

• These setting will only be saved for logged-in users

• For the improved shadows to work, you must change the Lighting setting to High. This will also require you to reload the game
