Speech Bubbles
Added so that players can type to only players that are nearby with say chat.When you hear a say message a chat bubble will be displayed above the player who sent the message. Chats can be switched by pressing TAB while typing a message or typing /chatname e.g. /say for switching to team chat.
Team chat
Added so that players can type to only members in their team with team chat.Chat can be switched by pressing TAB while typing a message or typing /chatname e.g. /team for switching to team chat.
